Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Presales Telecaller for booking public speaking demo sessions. This is a remote, contract-based role. The responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via calls, introducing them to our public speaking programs, scheduling demo sessions, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role requires excellent communication and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer engagement
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or presales is advantageous
• Ability to schedule, organize, and track appointments and demo bookings
• Familiarity with basic CRM tools or other customer management software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in remote work settings
• Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in education or public speaking sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred
