Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Noida. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for students and professionals in software and IT domains. Responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, hands-on labs, and workshops; preparing curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials; and evaluating learner performance through assignments, assessments, and project reviews. The role involves providing one-on-one guidance, mentoring participants on industry practices, and supporting them in interview and career preparation. The Technical Trainer will also collaborate with the training and placement teams to keep course content up to date with current technologies and market needs.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Technical Training and experience working as a Technical Trainer in IT or software domains.
• Proven expertise in Training & Development and Training methodologies, including curriculum design and classroom facilitation.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Ability to adapt training styles for beginners and advanced learners, and to provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Hands-on proficiency with relevant programming languages, tools, or platforms commonly used in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in corporate training, academic instruction, or edtech environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-focused approach to teaching and assessment.
