• Conduct regional audits before regular audits to ensure that.
• Training Standardization for the Existing trainer & New Trainers
• Coach new team members on their LOB
• Certification of new trainers
• Sitting & Supporting through the TTT
• Preparing team for the TTT
• Communication & Influencing /Stakeholder Management
• Customer Centricity/ Conflict Management/ Problem Solving Ability
