Middle school/ Grade 5 to 8 Education Qualification – BA or MA in Hindi, with experience of teaching in middle school Job Responsibilitiies –  Will be assisting the main teacher to cope with different levels in the class Will be responsible for a fraction of the class in that subject Will create lesson plan in collaboration with the main teacher Will implement the lesson plan created along with the main teacher Will be responsible for the assessment and results of the students allotted Hindi Teachers help pupils learn about Hindi & culture

Hindi teachers need to be culturally sensitive and create a classroom where everyone is respected

Planning and preparing courses and lessons

Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to preparation for Middle classes Be proactively involved in teaching students

Develop children’s interests, abilities and coordination using creative activities such as Art, Music and Sport Use Computers to assist with lesson preparation, teaching and reporting

Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil’s educational needs.  Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class

Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her

Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere

Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students
