Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interventional Radiology (IR) Cath Lab Technician based in Vellore. The IR Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for assisting in interventional radiologic and cardiac catheterization procedures, maintaining and operating cath lab equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring compliance with safety and clinical standards. Additional responsibilities include liaising with the clinical team, documenting procedures, and maintaining a sterile environment in the lab.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization lab equipment
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques, patient preparation, and radiation safety protocols
• Skills in documenting procedures accurately and adhering to clinical compliance standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Diploma or degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; certification in Cath Lab Technology is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to adhere to ethical and patient-centered care principles
