Salary: Up to ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Requirement: Minimum 2+ Years of Teaching Experience Preferred
Qualification: Graduation with B.Ed, D.Ed, Montessori Training, or Early Childhood Education Certification Preferred
Job Description:
The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning through play, creativity, and exploration. The teacher will support children’s academic, emotional, social, and physical development while maintaining effective communication with parents and school management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
Develop children’s communication, language, social, and motor skills
Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
Use activity-based and experiential learning methods
Monitor student progress and maintain records of development
Encourage creativity through storytelling, art, music, and classroom activities
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety
Collaborate with parents regarding student growth and performance
Participate in school events, meetings, and academic planning activities
Support the overall development and well-being of students
