This is a target-driven inside sales role requiring strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Details:
1. Location: Sector 125, Noida
2. Salary: 6 LPA – 8 LPA
3. Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
4. Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
A. Student Counselling & Lead Handling
1. Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs.
2. Handle incoming leads through calls, chats, and follow-ups.
3. Explain course details, eligibility criteria, and admission processes clearly.
4. Resolve student queries and guide them throughout the admission journey.
B. Conversion & Sales
1. Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counselling and persuasion.
2. Maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
3. Work towards achieving assigned admission and revenue targets.
C. Data & CRM Management
1. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and student interactions.
2. Update CRM systems regularly with all communication and progress details.
Additional Criteria:
1. Age limit: Up to 32 years.
2. Prior sales experience is mandatory.

Other requirements
Eligibility:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. 6 months to 5 years of experience in education counselling or inside sales.
3. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
4. Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
6. Prior experience in EdTech or education sales is preferred.
