The focus of the program is ‘To build Teachers as INNOVATION CATALYSTS for classes 6-9 &11’ – for Urban & Rural schools and for & Private Schools The program is funded through the CSR funds of various Corporates

__________ With the program currently active in 110 schools across India and rapidly scaling, we are looking for Project Manager – Operations who would be responsible for managing the program operations at various clusters along with the Lead Program Manager

We are looking for a person who is: – Able to straddle and manage multiple activities, engage stakeholders without any slippage. – Has Proactiveness, Ownership, Diligence and Rigor. – Able engage various stakeholders with ease. – An eager learner and improving constantly

The key deliverables of this role would be: – Manage the end-to-end on-ground operations of the program in close working with the Zonal Head , the State Master Facilitators Team and central Leadership Team. – Interface & co-ordinate with various internal, external entities for smooth planning and execution of program on the ground. – Track and maintain the financial expense for the operations they are responsible for. – Keep track and log the time utilization of resources between various programs. – Reporting as per the SOPs established

Experience: 2-3 Years of operations management
