Indian Guardian Immigration urgently requires Study Visa Counsellor & PR Counsellor for our Immigration Office. We are looking for smart and energetic candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Would be responsible for counselling students for study visa( Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand) & handling clients for Tourist and PR Cases.
• Coordination with Clients & embassies, Visa Facilitation Services.
• Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, while preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Visa solutions and PR.
• Coordination with Clients & visa counselors.
• Must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct while preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
• Must have 2-3 years work experience in counseling for Student visas, PR and Tourist Visa for different countries.
• Maintain healthy co-ordination between customers & various departments of the organization.
• Tele-caller must have strong Interpersonal, Communication and Organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Must have sound knowledge in the areas of documentation and Visa filing.
• Tele-caller candidate should be young and energetic.
• Candidate should be from Immigration line.
• Ability to switch communication styles
• Male or Female both can apply.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
