Roles & Responsibilities:Teach Business Studies subject to senior secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum.Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.Conduct interactive and practical classroom sessions for better conceptual understanding.Monitor and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide guidance accordingly.Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.Prepare students for board examinations and competitive academic standards.Participate in school activities, meetings, workshops, and parent-teacher interactions.Use modern teaching methodologies and digital tools for effective learning.Maintain records of attendance, performance, and progress reports.Eligibility Criteria:Master’s Degree in Commerce/Business Studies or related subject.B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.Strong communication and classroom management skills.Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and board examination pattern.Skills Required:Excellent subject knowledgeEffective communication skillsPresentation & mentoring abilitiesTime management and organizational skillsBasic computer and smart classroom knowledgeSalary: Best in industry, based on experience and qualifications.
