Roles and Responsibilities

1. OPPO Product and Course Training

2. Manage 50 OEC and try and improve their sales Ability.

3. Hosting and Organizing the Training Camps, Events and Contests.

4. Training to sales team, back- end team.

5. Improving Training Effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates with Post Graduation or Under Graduation(Male Candidates will be Preferred).

2. Good Communication skills.(English + Tamil)

3. Good PPT making skills, and Presentation skills

4. Ability to Host and Organize training events and other events on special occasions.

5. Even Freshers with desired skills can apply

6. Age Limit: 26 years

7. Mandatory to have Laptop and bike.

8. Should be ready to join on immediate basis.
