Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentLocation: Pune, MaharashtraEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive student enrollments and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide prospective students through the admission process.Key ResponsibilitiesContact and counsel prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses and programs.Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with students and stakeholders.Coordinate with university admission teams for smooth enrollment processes.Conduct online and offline counseling sessions, webinars, and educational events.Handle student queries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Education Counseling.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in EdTech, Education Counseling, or Admission Sales.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Attractive performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities.Training and professional development programs.
