The person should be able to train and engage students meaningfully and should have a good grasp on the hands-on aspects of STEM concepts of Science, Math, Robotics, Programming, Electronics and so on

The individual should have excellent communication skills, should be able to learn newer technologies and devise lesson plans to deliver in shorter duration

Roles and Responsibilities: 1

Conduct hands-on activities/experiments on STEM technologies experiments/activities for the students coming to the Academy

Organizes, develops, and coordinates special STEM Engineering and Technology based events/activities

Learn newer technologies and keep abreast about the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence

Devise Lesson plans/activity plans for the students

5

Write blogs/articles/thought papers on STEM Education

Add value to the company by collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics to find ways to improve the services of Junior Engineers

Establish strategic collaborations with schools/ other companies to expand this line of business

Devise competitions based on STEM concepts for engaging the student community

Travel locally to Schools and STEM centres for sessions

Coordinate with parents and students and organize successful training sessions

Developing Strong Expertise in the Field of Micro-controller, Robotics, Firmware/Programming around 8 Bit/32 bit micro-controllers and IoT based sensors

To nurture Innovation and Creativity at K-12 School Level students by mentoring and helping them to develop Innovative Embedded Projects with the use of technology in delivery of curricula through a variety of instructional methods (hardware, software and Internet resources in support of learning)

Willingness to innovate newer Technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Advanced Processor Programming

Must have good understanding of Digital/Analog Electronics 15

Hands-On experience with Programming – Working knowledge of Mechanical and Power Tools 16

Experience of working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3-D Printing, Sensors, Actuators etc
