We are looking for Implementation / Support Engineer
The ideal candidate should have a BE/MCA background, preferably with experience in ERP applications. Experience with Educational Institutes as Lecturer / Assistant Professor can also apply.
Responsibilities:
-Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Implementation and training of college/Universities ERP.
-Experience with Education/HR/Finance/Payroll.
-Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Implementation and training.
-Experience with ERP Software especially educational and enterprise ERP.
-Analytical Ability to understand workflows.
-Provide post-sales technical services and support to the customers.
-Plan and execute database (MYSQL) conversions, system migrations, system provisioning, and other services as needed for product deployment.
-Provide installation support and co-ordinate the installation work as needed.
-Work with customers to ensure technical compatibility.
-Serve as Key Liaison, working in all phases of software implementations, supporting teams in configuration, and issue resolution (Queries).
Desired Candidate :
-Excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
-Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate work status, risks, and issues.
-Experience with system installations and Implementation.
-Good Communication Skills with IT Background.
-Should be able to give demo to the clients on the application.

Job Type: Full-time ( Remote Work )
Salary: ₹150,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year (Salary Varies based on performance).
