Roles and Responsibilities

1. Developing and refining subject knowledge and content before every class

2. Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curriculum

3. Arranging classroom activities like quizzes, puzzles and weekly as well as

monthly cumulative tests

4. Providing extra resources, support, motivation and interventions for the

students who are struggling

5. Keep the sessions interactive, exciting and reach students with engaging

lesson plan

6. Delivering Powerpoints and Live demonstrations on smart board.

7. Making video lectures and solutions in the studio occasionally.

8. Frequent doubt clearing sessions on request of students

9. Teach answer writing and examine test papers with proper marking and

follow-up discussions.
