Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Content Development
Oversee development and delivery of training to management and staff to ensure that they know how to use the new systems to achieve the new ways of working
Proficiency in developing and delivering training and communication tailored to different user groups
Design, implement, and scale role-based training plans tailored to distinct end-user cohorts impacted by massive technology overhauls.
Collaborate closely with enterprise project managers, functional leads, and external client stakeholders to Map Training Needs (TNA).
Oversee and actively contribute to the development of robust learning artifacts (user manuals, quick reference guides, interactive e-learning modules, and video tutorials).
Establish quantitative metrics to measure training effectiveness, user proficiency, and overall business readiness before “Go-Live” milestones.
