Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cambridge Coordinator to lead and manage the Cambridge Senior Secondary Programme. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Cambridge curriculum implementation, authorization, accreditation, compliance, commencement processes, academic planning, and faculty development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum at the Senior Secondary level.
• Lead school authorization, accreditation, inspection, and compliance processes.
• Ensure adherence to Cambridge International standards, policies, and assessment requirements.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, assessments and academic delivery.
• Mentor and support teachers in curriculum development and best teaching practices.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and academic reviews.
• Manage Cambridge examinations, registrations, and related documentation.
• Work closely with school leadership to enhance academic quality and student outcomes.
• Maintain communication with Cambridge International and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or relevant subject.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Cambridge Schools.
• Prior experience as Cambridge Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, or Senior Academic Leader.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge authorization, accreditation, inspections, and programme commencement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience handling IGCSE and AS/A Level programmes is preferred.

Pay: ₹125,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per month
