We are looking for a Counsellor Cum Branch manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities

Calling to leads and convert them into sales

2. Book appointment, reply to all queries of customer (Pre-sales & Post Sales)

3. Proactively follow up the leads

4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of call made and result achieved

5. Sending daily sales report to Director (Doctor)

6. Giving updated tele calling data for analysis every day

7. Handling customer complaint patiently and effectively

8. Record details of every call with detail notes

9. Maintaining and updating MIS (Management Information System) and provide inputs to top management to forecast future sales

10. Escalate and solve technical issues immediately with the help of technical team

Good communication & fluent English skills.
Counselor Experience (At least 24 Months)
Must be : – Hindi, English.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
