Role Summary
We are seeking a creative and research-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop engaging learning content in Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Web Design. The role involves content creation, faculty and student mentoring, conducting workshops/masterclasses, and driving curriculum innovation aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop multimedia learning content, including videos, eBooks, and interactive modules.
- Create microlearning and long-form educational content, scripts, and storyboards.
- Conduct masterclasses, workshops, guest lectures, and faculty development programs.
- Mentor students on design projects, UI/UX case studies, and competitions.
- Research industry trends, design tools, and Generative AI applications to enhance curriculum.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and industry experts to create impactful learning experiences.
Experience & Qualification
- 3–8 years of experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Web Design, or related fields.
- Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or curriculum development is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Required Skills
Must Have:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Figma
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good to Have:
- Premiere Pro, After Effects
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress
- Generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML)
- Canva, Adobe Express, Webflow
