Providing leadership to teaching & administrative staff and ensuring high quality of teaching
Following govt. policies regarding the budgetary process & procedures for expenditure of the campus-based budget, equipment, and the instructional budget
Chairing faculty meetings; providing guidance & support for curriculum planning instructional goals, objectives & methods; setting plans for shaping the school’s image throughout the community
Spearheading curriculum planning, professional development; implementing educational programs
Conducting administrative duties and implementing operational plans for ensuring smooth running of the College and Research work
Coaching teaching and administrative Staff for ensuring high quality of Teaching and Research
Performing research in field of specialization and publishing findings in scholarly journals, books and patent
Dealing with matters like curriculum planning and degree requirements, while, being a part of faculty committee
Setting objectives for curriculum and evaluation; undertaking continuous study and revision of curriculum guides
Promoting effective communications & interpersonal relations among staff, parents, students and community
