Minimum qualification : M.Com with PhD / NET / SLET/SET

• Assistant professors have to teach requisite number of classes in their discipline as per university guidelines, and guide graduates in their academic.
• Assistant professors have to guide, support, mentor students in all academic, co-curricular and career development activities.
• Assistant professors have to facilitate experimental learning and simulated projects/ internship training whenever required.
• Assistant professors have to attend all meetings and other programmes organized by institutions, and discharge duties related to it.
• Assistant professors should posses excellent interpersonal skills and exhibit the same in all activities they perform in the institution.
• Assistant professors should posses’ excellent communication skills, analytical skills, observational skills and cognitive skills.
• Assistant professors should be committed to innovative and effective pedagogical methods.

Assistant professors have to conduct to conduct research in their field, and guide students to do their projects/ research
