Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Management Faculty member located in Indore. The role involves conducting engaging lectures, preparing course materials, mentoring students, and developing an innovative curriculum to ensure a high standard of hospitality education. The faculty member will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance the program’s quality and may facilitate industry partnerships to provide students with practical exposure. Supporting students in their professional development and contributing to the institution’s research and academic goals are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties to guide students in delivering exceptional experiences in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to educate students on managing financial operations and revenue generation in hotel management.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations for teaching service standards, culinary practices, and hospitality trends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to effectively guide and inspire students.
• Prior teaching experience or significant professional experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
• Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Familiarity with current trends and advancements in the hotel and hospitality industry.
