Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an English Teacher based in Vadodara. The English Teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging classes, assessing student progress, supporting individual learning needs, and fostering a positive classroom environment. The role also involves coordinating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive academic experience and participating in extracurricular school activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English Teaching, including grammar, literature, and language skills
Experience in Lesson Planning and ability to create engaging and effective classroom activities
Strong background in Education and Teaching methodologies
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, (B.Ed with BA / MA in English)
Teaching certification or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively
Passion for teaching and commitment to student development
