Vruksha International School of Montessori is a Pioneer in providing “authentic” Montessori Education till 12th Standard, one of its kind in India. We are a dynamically growing organisation over a decade, having established 30+ schools, across Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. We are looking to recruit admission counsellors in pursuit of expansion of our operations.
Job description
Roles/Responsibilities:
· Act as an intermediary between Organisation and Parents
· Be Accountable for the inbound/outbound enquiry calls, building a good first impression of the Organisation
· Familiarize with all our Product/Service offerings
· Develop good understanding on the location of our schools and guide prospects to appropriate branches.
· Identify pains and needs of Parents and develop conversations
· Commute to assigned campus for conducting school touts for Parents by coordinating with relevant teams
· Engage in superior customer service by making every information readily available every time prospects call back
· Make necessary phone calls, share relevant content and coordinate meetings expediting closure of admission
· Following up promptly without losing the warmth of the lead
· Analyse every prospect, creating a strategic plan for closure of admission
· Negotiate with prospects to secure a mutually agreeable sale
· Maintain meaningful relationships with Parents to derive referrals
· Demonstrate superior time management skills in planning calls, meetings and school tours
· Meet/Exceed monthly admission targets defined by the Management
· Be Result-oriented aligning with organisation’s goals, objectives and milestone plans
· Be the Consultant for prospective parents until Child’s admission process completes
Competencies:
· Min 2+ Yrs of extensive experience in Admission Counselling/ Business Development/ Customer Service
· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, in English & Tamil
· Excellent networking skills – to form/nourish relationships
· Strong sales closure skills
· Exceptional Persistence in sales even in the face of failure
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Self-motivated and Self-driven
· Emboldened by challenge
· Readiness to travel across the locations
· Neat & well-groomed Professional
· Computer literate, social media savvy
· Prefer Female Candidates, owning a laptop and experience in Education (Montessori) Sector

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 plus variable component.
