Role Description
This part-time, on-site Internship Trainee role is based in Visakhapatnam. The trainee will assist in organizing training sessions, supporting students, and creating engaging lesson content. Responsibilities include observing and learning from expert coaches, coordinating academy activities, helping with instructional material preparation, and contributing to the overall academic environment.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of chess, with enthusiasm to learn and develop game-related strategies and skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to support and assist students effectively.
- Proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools for creating and managing instructional material and reports.
- Creative thinking and collaboration skills to contribute to lesson planning and academy activities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring; prior experience in coaching or working with students is a plus.
