Job Description
We are looking for a Program Management Specialist to support our Direct Apply function and link students to their dream college. The role requires strong organizational skills and a profound aspiration to help students make the right decision for their next academic steps. This is a global role where the person will be backend operations of applications coming from Cialfo schools across different regions.
Responsibilities
Conduct research, capture and record university partner course data across all available enrolment intakes along with program and school requirements.
Review data for deficiencies and update information in response to research findings.
Work Cross functionally and Collaborate with relevant stakeholders like Product, Growth and the Operations team to ensure that university partner data is uploaded on the platform within the given timelines.
Work with the Program management head to further strengthen existing processes and identify improvements opportunities where needed, to streamline program management.
Troubleshooting: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address challenges and be a problem solver when required.
Requirements:
Atleast 2-3 years of work experience with a study abroad agency and/ or university office backend team.
Candidates with proven experience in the Edtech sector in a similar role will be preferred.
Up to date with industry trends & university product knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders & drive business growth.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word etc.) and Working knowledge of Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Office and Gmail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to undertake other projects at scale and solve complex problems.
Flexible and adaptable; someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure information consistency, quality and adherence to deadlines.
