An Online Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective virtual lessons to students through digital learning platforms. The role involves planning and preparing instructional materials, conducting live classes, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Online teachers create a positive and interactive learning environment, monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with students and parents when necessary. Strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with online teaching tools are essential for success in this role.
Pay: From ₹96.40 per month
