Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Robotics Instructor role based in Ahmedabad. The Robotics Instructor will design and deliver hands-on robotics and STEM lessons for school and college-level students, using age-appropriate kits, tools, and platforms. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrations, and project-based activities; guiding learners through programming, electronics, and mechanical concepts; and supporting students in building, testing, and troubleshooting robots. The instructor will monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Additional duties include curriculum refinement, collaboration with academic coordinators, participation in workshops or events, and basic reporting on class performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Robotics and STEM concepts, with the ability to explain complex ideas in clear, accessible language.
• Hands-on Programming skills (such as block-based coding, Python, or C/C++) relevant to educational robotics platforms.
• Demonstrated Training or teaching experience, ideally with K–12 or early college learners, including managing group activities and projects.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, guardians, and academic staff, and for delivering engaging presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to create an inclusive, student-centered learning environment and adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs.
• Comfort with basic educational technology tools and learning management systems; prior EdTech or robotics competition experience is an advantage.
