About Us:

Designerrs Lab provides a safe learning space for designers across the world. We are trying to make design education accessible for everyone by providing learning experiences and training programs for User Experience and User Interface Design, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Designing for Immersive Experience (VR, AR, XR), Voice UX, and other specializations.

Our learning pedagogy involves Hands-on activities, Live projects, Gamified teaching methods, and curriculums designed by our learning experience design team under the guidance of experts from the industry such as Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Byjus, Thoughtworks, and alumni from NIDs and IITs.

Our 20K + Community consists of students and professionals from various backgrounds such as Product Design, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, HR, Sales, Retail who want to move to more creative career paths. With a vision to “Democratize Design Education”, we are focused on creating the Next Million Designers and help them become better problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

1.Advising students on our products and services
2.Learner counselling for Admissions Closures that is effective
achieving sales goals on a weekly and quarterly basis

3.Responsibilities include handling new learner admissions.

4.Maintain contact with leads via a variety of channels.

5.Capable of strategizing to maximise conversions

6.Reports on admissions and revenue projections must be submitted on time.

7.Submission of sales data and assistance in enhancing business development

8.In charge of improving the sales process

9.Junior counsellors should be supported.

10.Obtain appropriate leads from both offline and online sources.

11.Identify and manage risks in collaboration with senior team members.

12.Find new market prospects by conducting research.

Skills Required:

1.Understanding of UX/UI Design and Effective Time Management
2.Strong leadership and negotiating abilities can aid in team cohesion and goal achievement.

3.Ability to complete things with great accuracy and thoroughness Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as solid strategy and decision-making abilities

4.The ability to adjust to changes in work environments and surrounds quickly and successfully.

5.An innovative marketing strategy that enhances sales revenue.
