Job Description: TGT English Teacher Position: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English
Roles & Responsibilities:
Teach English language and literature to students as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
Conduct classroom activities, discussions, and projects to enhance learning.
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and periodic evaluations.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Provide academic guidance and support to students.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a related subject.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
Prior teaching experience in a school setting is preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong command of English language and literature.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
