Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Montessori Teacher to join our school . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a diploma in Montessori Teacher Training (MTT). The successful candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and skilled in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a Montessori curriculum that meets the developmental needs of young children.

Plan and conduct educational activities and lessons in line with Montessori principles.

Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes self-directed learning and independence.

Foster a love for learning and encourage curiosity and exploration in children.

Manage classroom behaviour in a positive and constructive manner.

Stay updated with current trends and best practices in Montessori education.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Requirements:

BA in English Honors with Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training (MTT).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Montessori Teacher.
Strong understanding of Montessori principles and early childhood development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
