Roles & Responsibilities: Tech Deployment To conduct Property Survey via the Recity App To cover temporary closed properties and cover them as open properties To keep track of closed properties and open it as per applicable To train waste workers / supervisors on tech applications To align property tax numbers with QR codes To record GPS locations as per need To form clusters, deploy cluster codes Behaviour Change To carry out IEC across all sectors to achieve 04-part segregation (residence, schools, hospitality sector) To undertake community mobilization for behaviour change To conduct community meetings on segregation To mobilize stakeholders on household level wet waste processing To participate in behaviour change activities / campaigns / rallies Segregation To monitor the levels of segregation in the city To conduct segregation demonstrations in the wards To improve 4 part segregation in the ward and sustain the efforts Waste Worker Professionalization Conduct occupational survey of formal and informal waste workers To ensure waste workers use safety kits during waste collection To ensure waste workers undergo health check up To participate in SHG formation, motivation of waste workers Temporary Storage Points To ensure TSPs are clean within the wards allocated To ensure TSP infrastructure is available and maintained To ensure daily collection at TSPs Garbage Vulnerable Points (GVPs) To identify GVPs in the allocated wards To sensitize citizens on GVPs, its formation and clean ups To organize GVP clean up drives and ensure citizen’s participation Training / Capacity Building To participate in / provide support in trainings To conduct training sessions from time to time To provide on-job support to waste workers / supervisors on SWM issues To conduct school / college students’ training on SWM Coordination with ward councilors / PMC To coordinate with ward councilors on Hilldaari activities To develop linkages with ward councilor To provide regular updates to ward councilors Close coordination with Supply Chain Team To provide field updates on collection in the respective wards To participate in other supply chain activities Office documentation To create project documentation files for the respective wards To maintain ward level reports / update documents on regular basis To undertake other official activities as and when required Build rapport & coordinate with ULB/Contractor supervisors Skills1
