Hiring Education Co-ordinator – Shamirpet
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in administration of web-based applications, technical/customer support, managing and moderating live online events or meetings, and project management.
CTC: 5-7 LPA.
Key Skills:
- Providing logistical, planning, and administrative support for international and domestic Education courses, continuing to support the growth and reach of Education. This operational role provides intensive meeting planning, scheduling, project leadership, promotional document review, and coordination of the online registration system on a daily basis.
- This position will work closely with other departments as well as interact with Education students, ensuring successful course deliveries and an overall positive experience for students.
- Experience with Adobe Premier Pro is preferred not mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintains the Education course catalog in concert with ongoing content
development/update activities and ensures the Learning Management (LMS) is updated to
reflect new courses or course updates, to be utilized as a promotion and communication tool
with Education customers.
- Coordinates the logistical and administrative details related to the development/update and
delivery of Education course deliveries and other special projects and keeps the
Education leadership team apprised of progress. Creates, tracks, and manages detailed project
plans for multiple projects.
- Communicates project status to project teams, as well as vendors/consultants on a regular basis.
Proactively identifies obstacles, brings them to project sponsors attention, and works to resolve
them. Routes new and revised course materials through approvals as needed.
- Provides support for Education course registration for webinars, face-to-face and live online
courses in the US, India, the European region as well as other international regions, as needed.
For face-to-face courses, provides support for coordinating instructor transportation and
reservations, vendor management, meeting space specifications, A/V and materials
requirements and shipment, lab materials, food and beverage requirements, and
accommodations for instructor.
- Manages the production of course training materials (e.g., workbooks, badges, sign-in sheets,
certificates) and ensures high quality, consistency, and timely production.
- Moderates courses to include launching the online webinar/webcast, providing welcoming
remarks, housekeeping information, and introducing the instructor, as well as closing remarks.
- Edits recorded webinars and webcast videos for on-demand offerings.
- Assists customers with questions and issues; monitors and responds timely to inquiries that
come through the Education phone/voicemail and e-mail inbox.
- Tracks revenue for Education courses, updating this after each course with the actual
revenue and number of participants, as well as the course and instructor evaluation reviews.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
