Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting students in the admission process, admission test and fee collection
• Cold-calling from a given database for lead generation and database.
• Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
• Counsel students for a career path in digital marketing and affiliated streams
• Database Management overlooking
• Email Writing Skills
• Extraction of data from back end and data sorting as per the company needs
• Handle Chatbot inquiries
• Manage direct parent or student inquiry handling and also manage telephonic inquiry handling.
• Objection Handling
• Proper follow up with the students visited
• Reach Weekly Sales Target
• Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals for certificate courses
• Whatsapp Sales Communication

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 Year Experience in Admission Counselling [Please don’t waste your time applying if you do not have relevant experience]
