EVER.What is expected of you?Take charge of existing relationships and build a rapport with our hiring partnersEffectively understand and communicate the Masai Value Proposition to hiring partners Identify opportunities with hiring partners and line up power-packed placement opportunities for the studentsUnderstand hiring partner requirements and position the right candidatesSet expectations with hiring partners and negotiate for maximum student outcomeWork in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student successWhat you will need to bring 5-7 years of work experience in Key Account Management/Business Development Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them Experience in creating & maintaining relationships with diverse individuals from HR reps to foundersWorking knowledge of CRM systems Strong technical orientation, keeping abreast with latest technologies Passion to work with people, help them along with their careers High standards of excellence and attention to detail Excellent written & verbal communication skills You will be expected to Think on your feet Not be scared of coming up with new ideas Learn quickly Be able to use data gathered from your experiments to draw conclusionsA successful candidate will be Passionate about making a difference with their work Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight Excited to work in the trenches and get their hands dirtyEquipped with strong fundamentals but flexible & willing to experiment Comfortable with remote working toolsBonus if you have Prior developer experience or experience with an executive search firm or recruiting agencyExperience collaborating across teams A desire to level the playing field A non-traditional story
