EVER.We are looking for passionate people interested in disrupting the tech learning space, passionate in campaign management who would be helping our growing team in a data-driven approach for running real-time campaigns at Masai.What You’ll DoCampaign ManagementDrive the process for planning, building, and launching growth campaigns across multiple channelsCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in in a highly matrixed environment and follow up on key initiatives and goalsEnsure proper air-traffic control and help manage audience overlap or conflict among channels and campaignsRun the campaigns in partnership with marketing lead to determine deliverability of growth plans based on workload and resourcesShift resources as needed when special projects arise and ensure coverage for the team Process OptimisationIdeate and collaborate with growth channel owners (paid media, web, social, outbound, events, inside sales, etc.) to develop new and innovative ways of working across teams to drive productivity and streamline processesPartner with marketing ops and onboard to optimize processes and utilize new technologiesTo identify gaps, shorten turnaround times and drive improvements Campaign Reporting and CommunicationOwn and report end-to-end campaign performanceTrack lead progression
Understand and improve the conversion of leads into pipeline inflowEnsure alignment between horizontal and vertical teamsSubstantiate business communications with performance dataProvide ongoing communication on strategy, approach, and performance What You’ll Bring4+years of growth marketing experience, with a passion for scaleExperience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital media, web, events, outbound, social, community, etc.Experience using marketing technologies such as the following is a plus: Marketo, SFDC, DOMO, Monday.com, AllocadiaExcellent communication and ability to convert ideas into actionDemonstrated ability to drive change, to effectively influence and motivate othersJudgment and decisiveness, able to tackle problems at a paceStrong project management skills, and ability to lead multiple prioritiesAbility to think strategically and provide insight into how to improve existing business and technology processesAbility to work well under time constraints and prioritize appropriately across multiple projectsWhy Join UsYou will be working with a seasoned team with access to the best resources
