Roles and Responsibilities

1. Quality Assessment of classes being taken by tutors on Filo platform regularly and focus on improving the quality.
2. Imparting Training of Tutors on subject wise topics
3. Giving Performance Feedback to Tutors based on their performance.
4. Taking regular check-ins and sessions with Tutors towards their improvement.
5. Ensuring that daily/weekly and monthly tutor tasks are being executed.

Desired Candidates profile

1. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in any of Class 11-12th for Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Class 9th-10th Mathematics or Science.
2. Should be willing to work in the office.
3. Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
4. Task oriented and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Ability to hustle, be resourceful and adapt quickly to change
6. Coach individuals into making behavioral change
7. Strong teamwork and ownership over results
8. Organizational and planning skills
9. Ability to design Training Curriculum
