1. Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50%.
2. Minimum 06 (six) months of working experience (preferably- tele calling).
3. Should have a local language knowledge(Khasi/Jaintia/Garo).
4. Should have knowledge in computers (MS Office).
5. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
