We are Hiring for P2P Trainer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design training courses for P2P training curriculum.
• Ensure all course contents are integrated within the training curriculum and are consistent with agreed standards and templates
• Ensure to plan and deliver high quality SAP S/4 HANA training to the Ocean and Logistics & Services segments (P2P domain)
• Development and Project Management
• Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in P2P
• Strong & proven experience in training, learning and development function
• Possess subject knowledge, should be able to deliver the trainings on below requirement

• Good facilitations skills
• Good Team handling skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• MS Excel – Advance
• MS Powerpoint
• At least 2-3 years of prior experience in Knowledge Management and Training would be critical
• Experience in Finance & Accounting domain would be preferred
• Excellent written and/or oral communication capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to document process steps and create training material.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office Apps (Word, PPT & Outlook)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and enthusiastic attitude
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
