• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation skills – a high level of proficiency in developing documents, PowerPoint, job aids materials to brand guidelines
• First class communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create content in a range of formats e.g. eLearning, infographics, interactive PDF’s
• Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, and problem-solving approach
• Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a portfolio of work
• Desirable for potential future projects
• Ability to identify opportunities to develop blended content learning experiences
• Ability to create, edit and produce micro videos, podcasts, webinars

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in a related discipline
• Experience of working with International clients.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in designing learning programs.
• Should have excellent written, spoken communication skills, and presentation skills
• Comfortable to work in US Shift.
