1. Responsible for effective Training of the assigned trade

2. Responsible for the quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards at the centre.

3. Apply innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration.

4. Assisting the team for placement of trained beneficiaries.

5. Responsible for post training & placement tracking of the beneficiaries.

6. Minimum Qualification, knowledge and experience:
Graduate / Masters having teaching experience in grooming sector & conducting classes on Personality development and Life skills Training.

7. A graduate / Masters in English Literature with teaching experience in schools/ colleges.
8. Well versed with Power Point.

9. Excellent command over spoken and written English.
