Academic Monitoring of Early Years Curriculum (Nursery -PP1-PP2-Class I) and Mentoring of the early childhood educators(pre-primary teachers ) in the pre-primary wing with special emphasis on foundational literacy and numeracy skills to develop better readers and writers .

To plan and execute active learning experiences in the Pre-primary wing incorporating different domains of development like physical and motor development, socio-emotional development, literacy and numeracy development, cognitive development, life skills etc.

To build teachers capacity towards innovative pedagogies such as story-telling , toy – based and experiential learning .

Well-versed with blended learning strategies ,

Versatile in ICT skills ,

To maintain positive communication with all stakeholders in the Pre-primary wing.

To consistently partake in Professional Development Programmes as directed by CBSE & NCERT .
