DESIGNATION: Telecaller / Counsellor/ Team leader

WORK LOCATION: Maduravoyal, ( near koyamedu )Chennai

SALARY: As per discussion with management & negotiable for the right candidate.

EDUCATION: Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 5 years

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure that proper counselling and course information are briefed to candidate over the phone and convert the inquiry into registration.
• Calling all the Leads on daily basis and convert the prospective leads into walk-ins
• Strictly adhere to company policies and reaching the target on Monthly basis
• Managing the candidate & Visitors.
• Providing excellent customer service to all inquiries/clients and existing students Coordinating with Trainers for allocation of batch
• Excellent Track record of contacting candidates by telephone in order to promote business and increase the Intakes to the Institution

• Preference will be given to experienced, highly motivated, result oriented candidates.
• The candidates should be focused towards the achievable and should have potentials to reach the expected numbers
