Full Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handling customer queries on phone & email and providing basic information about the products.
· Counselling the students for admission, follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
· Follow up for the fee collections from the students
· Maintaining the database of all registered students status etc.
