Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities –
- Help drive both D2C and B2B channels for our offering.
- B2B
- Reach-out to perspective channel partners like education consultants, schools, coaching center etc.
- Sign-up and on-boarding the partners.
- Business grown through this channel.
- D2C
- Spearhead online/offline marketing efforts for this channel.
- Individual consultation with the decision makers in initial phase.
- Own the entire process of onboarding students in association with academic team.
- Build the team to expand operations on pan-India basis.
- Help Recruit & train Student-Counsellors.
- Managing sales team & driving sales target achievement.
Skills Required –
- Ability to sell in both D2C & B2B channels.
- Good Communication Skills
- Self Starter, Motivated and Leadership skills
- People& Team-management Skills
Desired Qualifications –
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in business development.
- Prior experience in Sales and Leadership roles in Education sector preferred.
- Specific experience in Selling Software and/or Services to school is a plus
- Preferred Location is Delhi/NCR or Chandigarh
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
