About the Role

If you can get a room full of five-year-olds excited about a poem, this role is for you.

We are looking for a warm, expressive, and enthusiastic educator who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. This is a hands-on teaching role where you’ll use English to tell stories, sing rhymes, play with language, and create joyful learning experiences every day.

You’ll also be the friendly face parents interact with regularly, helping them stay informed and confident about their child’s learning journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnglish Teaching

• Conduct daily English sessions for preschool children (ages 2.5–6 years).
• Use stories, rhymes, songs, games, and interactive activities to make learning engaging.
• Create a joyful, participation-focused environment rather than formal instruction.
• Adapt activities based on children’s energy levels and interests.
• Observe children’s progress and share insights with parents.

Parent Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents.
• Share regular updates via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person conversations.
• Respond to parent questions and concerns with warmth and professionalism.
• Build trust and positive relationships with families.

What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills

• Strong conversational English with clear, expressive communication.
• Ability to engage young children through stories, rhymes, songs, and play.
• Genuine warmth, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with parents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Conversational Kannada (strong advantage).
• Basic Hindi (advantage).
• Early Childhood Education or Montessori background (preferred).
• Familiarity with basic productivity tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and document editing software.

Qualifications

Education: Any graduate (Early Childhood Education background preferred)

Experience: Experience working with young children is preferred; however, motivated freshers with strong English communication skills and a genuine love for children are encouraged to apply.
