Role Description The Training and Quality Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for teaching and support staff to ensure high-quality student learning experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and materials, scheduling and conducting training sessions, and monitoring performance against quality benchmarks. The Training and Quality Manager will conduct regular class observations, audits, and feedback sessions, using data to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and standardize best practices. The role also involves collaborating with academic leadership, operations, and student support teams to align training and quality frameworks with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evolving learner needs. Qualifications
Strong expertise in training design and delivery, including needs analysis, curriculum development, and facilitation of workshops or coaching sessions.
Experience in quality assurance, including setting standards, conducting audits or observations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Background in English language education, TESOL, ELICOS, or related fields, with a clear understanding of assessment frameworks (e.g., PTE, IELTS, General English).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support diverse teams.
Proficiency in using digital tools and learning platforms for training, monitoring performance, and reporting outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications or relevant certifications (e.g., CELTA, TESOL) are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Prior experience in an education, language training, or international student context is highly desirable.
