Roles and Responsibilities

1. Counseling potential candidates for various courses for Abroad and India.

2. Maintaining Quality Service by establishing organization standards.

3. Provide one to one Career Counselling to students for study abroad as per their skills.

4. Helping Students to Prepare for their admission application.

5. Monitoring and Assisting with counselling programs.

6. Maintain accurate and complete students’ records.

7. Participate in education seminars/ fairs as a company brand ambassador.

8. Follow up over the phone/email and convert into sales / admission

9. There is no lead generation. Leads are provided.

10. Update CRM and Report to the manager.

11. Coordinate with faculty and staff for proper delivery of our courses.

12. Proper follow up on email, phone, WhatsApp has to be done.

13. Must be available on phone to students/clients if they are facing problems (After office hours). 14. Excellent English and Hindi Communication

Eligibility:

∙ B.Tech/MBA/BBA

∙ Good academic record ( >55% in Graduation)

∙ Good listener & analytical skills

∙ Good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
