Key Responsibilities:

Ø Assessing student goals and objectives, and credentials using the appropriate internal tools.

Ø Formulating/validating proper recommendations for our students backed by data and research.

Ø Facilitating the interaction between students and universities to accomplish their higher education plans.

Ø Understand updated information on higher education, career opportunities and industry dynamics to drive best outcomes for students.

Ø Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey e.g. SoP/LoR, application, Visa etc.

Ø Interact with universities to manage relationships, internal communication including earning and development.

Ø Provide professional Guidance in, Registration, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

Ø Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service. Revenue generation based on the assigned portfolio

Ø Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and Finalizations by intake.

Ø Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ø Visible orientation towards having high quality service as integral part of work ethics.

Ø Build strong client support through 100 PERCENT compliance of application processes. Be a productive and effective member of office team.

Ø Attend to students’ queries quickly and professionally

Ø Attend to students’ complaints tactfully and professionally

Ø Maintain a high degree of response towards customers confidentially Client satisfaction.

Ø Take initiative and suggest and implement cost effective local events, Fair participation at institutions thereby generating new walk in leads (at event) through internal coordination with Marketing team.

Ø Achieve weekly/monthly Revenue Targets for enrolments.

Ø Other ad hoc duties to be performed as required by the management and not limited to the above.
