Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is a multi-campus, multi-disciplinary research university that is accredited ‘A++’ by NAAC and is ranked as one of the best research universities in India. The university is spread across five campuses in three states of India – Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka, with the University headquarters at Ettimadai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

The ENVIS Center funded by MOEFCC at Centre for Sustainable Future in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Program Officer.

Qualification: Post Graduate in Environmental Sciences/Life Sciences, or master’s in mass communication with graduation in life sciences.

Desirable: Doctorate in Environmental Sciences, experience in computer applications/ GIS/ Web development with at least 3 years of experience in Environment Education, Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of multiple languages is preferred. Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotechnology, microbiology, Genetics need not apply.
